Two of our volunteers had a great (socially distanced) class in the FullCrumb Kitchen today. We made Jamie’s Ministry of Food Peperonata pasta with chopped salad.
We also looked at ways to add protein to a tomato sauce by adding tuna or pulses. Amazing how a few store cupboard ingredients can make stunning dishes.
